Section 126
Study committees and sub-committees may be constituted
(1) The National Bank may form an expert study committee consisting of representatives and experts from the National Bank, banks or financial institutions and related agencies to study and submit a report on the overall aspects of banking and financial laws, debt recovery, stability of the financial sector and contemporary reforms of the financial system. (2) The National Bank may also form sub-committees as required for the purposes of sub-section (1). (3) The work, duties, rights and facilities of the study committee under sub-section (1) or the sub-committee under sub-section (2) shall be as prescribed by the National Bank.
